Please note that due to the custom printing nature of our products, refunds are only accepted in instances of confirmed printing errors or product defects. If you do find that the products received fall into these categories, please email us at tom@senseofcooking.com with the following information within 15 business days of receipt of your product (as confirmed by the postal service provider).

3. Brief description of error / defect
4. Pictures of print error / product defects
Once Sense of Cooking and our supplier both confirm the error and / or defect, we will arrange for your preferred solution, either a full refund or reprint. We appreciate your business and aim to serve your needs.
